Burrows Graham is an engineering consultancy, established in January 2020.
Our team has three decades of experience in the UK construction industry providing design and advisory services to developers, building occupiers and contractors across a range of sectors, specialising in industrial and logistics buildings and associated infrastructure.
We fully understand the needs of our clients in relation to quality, commercial viability, timescales and sustainability, and the significant majority of our work is gained through repeat business, demonstrating the value we bring to the projects we help to deliver.
In 2025, Burrows Graham began expanding its Geotechnical and Geo-Environmental expertise and now has a dedicated Geo Team of highly qualified Engineers with the senior staff having a combined total of 90 years industry experience.
The company employs a team of circa 60 staff, including highly experienced engineers and technicians, based in the head office in Altrincham, South Manchester and in the Southern Office in Berkhamsted. The Geo Team is split 50:50 across the two offices.
The Geo Team work alongside the civil and structural engineering teams to provide advice regarding the ground conditions in relation to issues such as contamination, ground gases and structural elements such as foundation and floor slab solutions and the design and stability of slopes and retaining walls.
The Geo Teams expertise covers all stages of development from Desk Study Appraisals to site investigations to the design, supervision and validation of the construction works.
