Sarah is a highly experienced Chartered Highways/Infrastructure Engineer having worked in the industry with both small and large scale Consultants for over 30 years. She specialises in infrastructure works associated with large industrial building/distribution projects.

Sarah regularly has a key role in providing pre-planning advice to clients on all highways and infrastructure related issues, so that planning, programme, and cost risks can be accurately identified and assessed at the project outset.

When not working, Sarah enjoys keeping fit with trips to the gym, (slow) Parkruns and walking to/from work. At weekends she likes to meet up with her grown up children for meals and cocktails including regular trips to visit her eldest daughter in Dubai.

Civils and Structural Specialist Mark is a Chartered civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience in the design of building structures across a range of sectors. His particular area of expertise lies in the design of logistics warehouses and industrial manufacturing facilities which demand a unique understanding of engineering solutions for large structures, industrial floor slabs and ground improvement.

He takes a pragmatic and innovative design approach when addressing the challenging commercial, programme and environmental aspects of each project. Mark takes a lead role in project delivery and has strong relationships with fellow consultants, leading developers, contractors and building users.

Mark’s interests include football, cycling and snowboarding. He’s suffers from lifelong support of Newcastle United and also follows the mighty West Didsbury & Chorlton FC. Proud father of three.

Rob is an experienced Chartered Structural Engineer with over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors, including industrial, retail, education, residential, airports and offices. For the last 10 years he has specialised in industrial developments, particularly logistics warehousing and manufacturing facilities, gaining an in depth understanding of the unique challenges associated with those type of projects. He leads the delivery of projects at all stages of developments from site acquisition and due diligence all the way through to construction and completion.

Rob has experience of managing well motivated and successful teams of engineers and technicians and has also developed strong relationships with clients, other consultants and contractors. He takes a proactive and innovative approach to meeting the technical, commercial and programme challenges of each project.

Rob regularly watches his local football team, Altrincham, and also enjoys spending time playing golf and snooker, both very badly.

With over 20 years’ experience Roque is a Chartered Engineer who has worked on various projects across a number of sectors on new builds and refurbishment schemes. Roque has developed in particular an extensive knowledge and understanding of logistics and manufacturing developments, along with car retail and servicing. He is a working Director, taking an active role in the various stages of development from site acquisition and due diligence, feasibility and planning, through to tender and construction, and has a good and wide scale understanding of the processes involved with designing substructure, ground modelling, drainage, and structural solutions, including highways.

He has developed good links with key Clients, Architects, Project Managers/QS, Main Contractors and the supply chain, and understands the importance of maintaining these relationships. He takes an enthusiastic, pro-active and conscientious role in ensuring the client and the design team are provided with clear and cost-effective advice, including ensuring project risks are identified, mitigated and managed expeditiously, ensuring that viable and buildable schemes are developed and delivered.

Roque enjoys golf, when he plays well, and enjoys a few beers when the industry gets together at various events. He is currently providing a taxi service for his teenage kids during the weekend ferrying them around various sporting and social events. Looking forward to getting his life back when the kids head off to University.

Russ is an experienced Structural Engineer having developed his career through 27 years continuous service. He assists with a broad range of project services, from initial scheme proposals through to preparation of final completion/handover details.

Russ has been responsible for a mixture of residential, industrial, retail, office and educational premises. For the past 20 years, he has been involved with numerous industrial building developments and in particular, large warehouse distribution facilities. Russ has gained considerable site experience and has acted as Resident Engineer for the construction of high tolerance warehouse floor slabs in Bedford and Worksop.

Away from work, Russ is trying to enjoy the twilight of his 5-a-side football career (which gets harder every week). He is also getting used to recently becoming a Grandad for the first time.

Jack is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a wide range of experience, specialising in the design of highways, drainage and site wide levels/earthworks within the commercial, retail and logistics sectors. He takes a keen interest in innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.

Jack plays a key role in project execution from pre-planning through to construction, advising clients on all infrastructure aspects so that the project can be completed successfully and efficiently.

When not working, Jack enjoys going to the gym and takes a keen interest in a range of sport. He plays occasional five aside (when time permits) and follows Man Utd. He can often be found exploring South Manchester’s parks and play centres with his two young children or having an occasional glass of red with his wife.

Rob is a very experienced Structural engineer having over 40yrs experience in the industry at all levels. During this time Rob has worked in most sectors but most recently leading teams in Leisure, Residential, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Industrial.
Rob is heavily involved in the initial stages of a project and remains fully abreast of progress throughout while undertaking regular technical reviews. All of this ensures the successful delivery of a project.

In his spare time, Rob likes to occasionally hack a little white ball around a field. More often though, he likes to watch Premier league football and is a longstanding season ticket holder at Manchester City. When not doing this, family time is his priority.

James is a Chartered Structural Engineer with over 22 years of experience gained working with multi-disciplinary consultants, main contractor in-house design teams and various small to medium niche consultancies, having gained a broad knowledge and understanding in various building developments, particularly in the industrial logistics, data centre, commercial, educational and residential sectors.

He is a working director with a proactive approach and proven track record in the design and management delivery of projects with involvement from concept stages of the scheme, through to construction and completion for both civil and structural engineering aspects.
He is competent in conceptual and detailed structural design using all principal building materials and is responsible for management of project resourcing requirements and commercial targets together with Client and design team liaison.

Outside of work, James enjoys playing 5-a-side football, mountain biking, and spending the odd day fishing (time permitting). He is a keen follower of the mighty Watford FC and loves a beer or two! More importantly, he is a big family man, devoted to his lovely little daughter and wife…

Domenico is a civil engineer with over 25 years’ experience. Having worked in Africa, Middle East, North America and now Europe, he brings a wealth of diverse skills to the Burrows Graham team. Domenico has designed and managed projects in Retail, Hospitality, Sports Centres, Industrial & Logistic and Data Centre developments worldwide.
Key strengths are in earthworks design and improvement, flood risk assessments and development drainage strategies. He advocates single model design philosophy ensuring full team coordination of project assets.

In his spare time, Domenico collects Hewlett Packard calculators (proud owner of a 1972 HP35), creating 3D animations and has an interest in computational and parametric design methods.

Chris is a Civil Engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the design of building structures, including numerous logistics and retail developments. He takes a lead role in all stages of project development, from initial scheme proposals through to construction stage and handover. He has a strong relationship with clients, contractors and fellow consultants, taking responsibility to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Chris has worked on numerous challenging projects. These include schemes with complex ground engineering solutions and large warehouse spaces designed to accommodate end user’s requirements including robotics, automated storage/retrieval systems and sortation installations.

Due to Chris’ lanky stature, he is adept at both falling over and playing Goal Attack for his local mixed netball team. He spends his weekends chasing his two kids around, watching the NFL and trying not to annoy his wife.

Dan has over 15 years experience in engineering design, primarily dealing with structural aspects of projects including large residential developments, high-rise apartments, education buildings and commercial units.
In his recent experience he has embraced a lead role in all engineering aspects, encompassing civils/drainage as well as structural elements, with a particular focus on industrial developments from small single unit schemes to large multi-unit developments.

Dan has a focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients and design partners that enable project delivery to the highest standard. He relishes the opportunity to drive developments from early feasibility and due diligence through to planning and ultimately construction.

Dan prefers not to talk about his private life. It is unbelievably interesting but is on a need-to-know basis. You do not need to know.

May Mehta is a well-rounded technically and commercially sound chartered structural engineer.

With over 15 years’ experience, his involvement in award winning architecturally led mixed-use and educational developments coupled with delivering projects of a logistical nature makes him a valuable team member with the ability to take the lead on various technical issues.

His collaborative team-working style and outstanding technical aptitude have contributed to a track record of successful projects across the industry. His motivation in the design of the built environment is fuelled further by his interest of computational advancements that enable him to sketch, three dimensionally model, analyse, and optimise structural framing arrangements to various types of developments across the sector.

May loves to embark on back-packing adventures with his family, with the pipe dream of creating an Indiana Jones style upbringing for his children. In every quest, he makes a point in bringing back a taste of the culture, from mastering the local cuisines, to sampling the cultural music which has further fuelled May’s love for playing the guitar and creating melodic acoustic medleys to wind down the busy weekends.

Sufful is an experienced Civil and Highway Engineer, having worked in the industry for almost 20 years. He specialises in infrastructure and particularly in drainage, earthworks strategy and highway design for industrial developments and mixed-use residential schemes. He works closely with local highway authorities to complete offsite highway detailed design for S38 and S278 agreements. He also liaises with Local Water Authorities in relation to S104, S106 and S185 agreements.

Sufful has handled various critical and challenging projects from concept design to implementation and always ensures that the projects are implemented to specification and within timescale.

Outside the office, Sufful enjoys watching football and walking in parks with family.
