Project Summary

Burrows Graham provided civil and structural engineering design services to DHL(Real Estate Solutions) for this 482,000 sq ft warehouse. Construction commenced in April 2021 and the completed building is the largest facility at London Gateway Logistics Park. The structure includes a 42m high bay, containing an automated storage and retrieval system, with a surrounding low bay area housing pallet racking and a large mezzanine floor structure. The building structure is fully suspended on piles.
