Panattoni – Hawley Lane, Farnborough

Panattoni

Project Summary

Burrows Graham worked with Panattoni to develop a single distribution warehouse (172,000 sqft with 15m clear height) on a 3.3-hectare site in Farnborough. The site was acquired in December 2020, and with a fast-track design process the scheme was developed and costed to allow TSL to start on site in March 2021 to demolish the former Bentall’s Unit and commence the main development works. Final site levels and drainage proposals were developed to minimise offsite disposal of material, and close liaison was required with Network Rail, Environment Agency and Thames Water given the proximity of the building development adjacent to Network Rail land, Cove Brook and an existing live Foul Water Sewer Rising Main.
