Project Summary

Burrows Graham have been appointed by LCP to assist with the development of the 6.3Ha former British Airways Cranebank site near Heathrow. The scheme comprises two large units totalling 340,000sqft. Scheme has obtained planning approval and is awaiting vacant possession before site can be demolished. The proposed levels were det to minimise off site disposal but also considered working around tree RPAs and making a drainage connection not the existing outfalls which discharge into the River Crane. flooding of the River Crane causing surcharging of the outfall
  • Third party drainage crossing the site.
  • Liaising with third party council to agree easements to existing outfalls.
