Project Summary

Members of our team have been involved with the infrastructure works for Magna Park Lutterworth since the mid 1990s responsible for the design of the 4 km long Lutterworth Bypass, connecting the M1 with the site and the A5. More recently the team have been involved with the expansion of Magna Park, including off site infrastructure and on plot works.

In 2021 BGL were appointed as Civil & Structural Engineers for buildings MPS7 and MPS8, comprising circa 611,000 sq ft of distribution space at Magna Park Lutterworth South and have been recently appointed on the delivery of buildings MPS9, 10 and 11, comprising circa 639,000 sq ft. Subsequently the commission has extended to Magna Park Lutterworth North Plot 5, consisting of a 770,000 sq ft speculative distribution development.
