Project Summary

Burrows Graham worked with Glencar Construction at tender stage and post constriction to review and develop detail design proposals for a single 35,000sqft unit. We reviewed levels and cut & fill to maximum retention of existing site arising following the demolition of the existing building on site and optimised the retaining wall solution around the boundaries. Works comprised ground improvement below slabs and foundations which had to be carefully co-ordinated with the boundary walls, adjoining neighbours and live BT services. Drainage was revised to include roof siphonic to provide a single area of below ground storm water attenuation. Localised entrance alteration was also required.
