Project Summary

Burrows Graham worked with Bridge Industrial from due diligence and site acquisition stage. We have supported the scheme through planning and tender and are looking to deliver the development with the chosen main contractor in Q2 2023. The development comprises, three multi-unit industrial/commercial buildings (Use Classes E(g)(iii), B2 and B8) including recognised servicing arrangements, vehicle parking, landscaping, and associated works.

Key Engineering Challenges

• Sensitive boundaries and adjoining landowners, including residential and a school
• Complex earthworks, taking into account significant made ground and contamination
• Shallow ground water conditions meaning that specific consideration around drainage and foundation design is required
• BREEAM Excellent rating
