Project Summary

Burrows Graham worked with Bloom to develop an ultra-urban industrial estate comprising 5 units with two storey warehouse storage and associated offices on a constrained site in Brixton. The site was designed considering several key factors including construction adjacent to existing structures, services and highways. The site levels, foundations and drainage solution required detailed coordination which was achieved using 3D modelling to eliminate any potential clashes.
