Project Summary

Burrows Graham were appointed by Bericote to undertake civil and structural engineering design services for three distribution warehouses on a 42-acre site in Coventry, with combined floor area of 780,000 sq ft. The development was construction by Glencar Construction and was completed in August 2022. Works started on site with the demolition of the former Toys R Us unit in October 2021 followed by the main development works with a 41 week overall programme.
