Project Summary

Burrows Graham were appointed by St Modwen to undertake civil and structural engineering design services for three distribution warehouses on the site of a former steelworks in Newport, with combined floor area of 275,000 sqft. Readie started work on site in October 2022 and are due to complete the project in August 2023.

• Due to the previous site use, there were many obstructions in the ground that could not be removed and so the piling design had to be carefully co-ordinated to avoid the obstructions
