Project Summary

Burrows Graham worked with SEGRO to develop an ultra-urban industrial estate comprising 7 units with two storey warehouse storage and associated offices on a constrained site in Wapping. The site is to be designed considering a number of key factors including nearby Rotherhithe Tunnel, adjacent Thames Water trunk main, site level changes, with high architectural aspirations and client sustainability targets to be achieved. The project is to be fully designed and coordinated in a 3D BIM environment.
