Project Summary

Burrows Graham provided civil and structural engineering design services to developer PLP, for this warehouse development constructed in 2021 by Readie Construction at Trafford Park, Manchester. Metro 190 is a prime urban logistics facility with 15m clear height warehouse and high specification offices.

The ground was engineered to provide a suitable platform for the warehouse with removal of peat deposits and obstructions and ground improvement using vibro stone columns.
